NBD Going for GOLD!

Crown College - St. Bonifacius

Nelson Building and Development was chosen by Crown College to renovate the Science Labs at their existing campus building in St. Bonifacius, MN.  NBD has completed other summer projects for the college in the past years and we are excited to be back again this summer working on another challenging project.  Construction includes the remodeling of the Chemistry, Biology, and the Physics labs and updating the entire ventilation system to meet current codes.

Select Senior Living  - Mounds View

NBD will join Select Companies as their builder for Select Senior Living - Mounds View.  This is a 95 unit, 3 story + below grade parking, senior living building that includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care.  It will be located at Hwy 10 and Groveland Road in Mounds View.  DBA Architects is the architect for the project.
