Cornerstone Church

Cornerstone has hired NBD to construct their new office and nursery addition. This project is scheduled to break ground in May 2008.

 

Grand Central Commons

$7 million two-level multi-use redevelopment project with approximately 52,000 S/F of office and retail lease space located in Columbia Heights.  Primary tenants will be Aldi's and Buffalo Wild Wings. Work will begin in the summer of 2008 with an anticipated opening date early in 2009.
