Center National Bank - Plymouth, MN

Beacon Bank - Eden Prairie, MN

NBD has completed the construction for this new location of Beacon Bank at the intersection of Hwy 5 and Mitchell Road in Eden Prairie.  The project is a 4,500 s/f two-story bank office building with brick exterior and curtain wall. Interior finishes included tile and wood casework and provide office spaces, teller stations, lobby space, drive-up facilities with ATM, restrooms and extra work rooms. Architectural design for the shell was provided by DJR Architecture with the Build-Out design done by HTG Architects.

Minnwest Bank - Champlin , MN

We have now completed our 2nd exciting project for Minnwest Bank! NBD was the architect and builder of this 5,000 S/F new bank facility on a highly visible property in Champlin, MN. The building consists of a main level and a mezzanine level conference area. The finishes are top quality creating a very elegant and inviting atmosphere.

Premier Bank - Monticello, MN

NBD has completed this new banking facility located on Highway 25 in a growing area south of I-94 in Monticello , MN . The facility is a three story structure concrete and steel frame construction. Exterior finishes include brick masonry and precast stone over metal stud back-up. Interior finishes include drywall partitions, tile, stone and wood casework. 

Minnwest Bank - Minnetonka, MN

Lakes State Bank - Pequot Lakes, MN

Once again NBD moved north!  NBD completed construction on this new 3-story 15,000 S/F new $1.7 million banking facility located on highway 371 in downtown Pequot Lakes.  This facility is a wood frame construction with a stone and EFIS exterior.  Interior wood is white maple with custom furniture and casework.   

THE National Bank - Edina, MN

NBD was the contractor of choice by the owner, National Bancshares, to complete this fast-track renovation and addition onto this existing banking facility located on Washington Ave. in Edina , MN .  The work included a 2,500 S/F addition, all new masonry exterior, new windows and doors plus a complete renovation and build-out of the interior space with a total value of $1.3 million.  This facility is a first class facility and is National Bancshares first facility in Minnesota.  BKV Architects was the architect and work was completed April of 2005.

Northwoods Bank of Minnesota— Park Rapids, MN                    

NBD joined HWES Architects and Northwoods Bank of Minnesota (Park Rapids) in construction of this 15,000 s/f addition to and remodeling of the current bank. Work was completed in May of 2005. The addition consisted of a 5,000 s/f full basement level with two stories of structural steel frame construction above. The exterior consisted of stone, tinted glass, EIFS, and copper accent bands. The addition provided the bank with new lobby space, teller lines, drive-up facilities, executive and support offices, restrooms, and file space. NBD provided a complete construction package including site work, custom furniture, and complete mechanical and electrical systems.
