Autumn Glen Senior Living - Baxter, MN

Project Description: Three-story, 50 unit, wood framed senior living center with underground parking totaling nearly 70,000 s/f.
Project Cost: $3.8 million
Project Start: September 2007
Projected Completion: May 2008

Kingsway Retirement Living - Belle Plaine, MN

Owner: Lutheran Home Association
Architect: WAI Continuum
Project Description: 81 new units which include: Assisted, Dementia and Independent Living units with a mixture of one, two, and three bedrooms.
Project Cost: $12 million
Project Start: April 2007
Projected Completion: June 2008

Belle Plaine SNF Renovation - Belle Plaine, MN

Owner: The Lutheran Home Association

Project Description: The 7,200 s/f addition will consist of a new commercial kitchen, laundry area, dishwashing area, delivery area, and new office spaces.
Project Cost: $5.5 million
Project Start: February 2007
Projected Completion: November 2008

Annandale Care Center - Annandale, MN

Project Description: Expansion of existing dining room and kitchen, addition of a loading dock and garage, three new memory care wings, a swimming pool, a therapy pool, locker and exercise room.
Project Cost: $3.8 million

Mankato House - Mankato, MN

NBD was selected by The Thro Company as the General Contractor for this project that is the first phase of a possible 3 phase nursing home project.  This phase of construction included a one story addition to a one story nursing home along with the remodel of a complete wing of the existing facility. The architect for the this project is WAI Continuum. The project was completed on time in August of 2007.

Park Terrace Assisted Living Apartments- Buffalo, MN

Project Description: Three-story, 46 unit assisted living facility with attached community room. 
Project Cost: $4.8 million
Project Start: September 2006
Project Completion: September 2007

Country Meadows - Milaca, MN

Nelson Building completed this 32-unit assisted living center in Milaca , MN . This was Nelson Building's second project with Elim Homes, Inc. and WAI architects. We continue to develop a wonderful working relationship with both companies. This project consisted of a two story, 38,000 sq. ft. addition to their existing facility. The addition included apartments, public dining room, kitchen, and a ministry center. Construction started in August 2005 and the projected was completed in September of 2006.

Lake Ridge Care Center - Buffalo, MN

NBD successfully completed this $740,000 remodeling project.  This facility is now completely renovated adding new patient rooms, a new nurses station, renovation and update of front lobby and corridors, plus a new canopy over the front entrance.  The new owner of the facility is Elim Care, Inc and the architect is WAI Continuum of St. Paul, MN .  Work began January of 2005 and was completed in July of 2005.
