Description: 3 storey, 54,000 s/f, 54 unit assisted living facility. The facility includes a library, a wellness center, a large dining room with attached sunroom and a beauty parlor. Construction consists of a mixture of wood and structural steel framing, and the exterior finishes include cementitious siding and stone veneer.
